Cloud9 Hostel in Dubai was a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel welcome and gave us a tour of the hostel. the staff were friendly and offered us food and drinks. the facilities were great, with easy access to a washing machine and a spacious kitchen with all the necessary amenities. the bathrooms were clean and spacious, and our room had a comfortable bunk bed, fresh linens, and enough space to study and get ready. the location was ideal, right in front of the Baniyas Square metro station, with easy access to public transportation and various restaurants and shopping options nearby. Cloud9 Hostel was a budget-friendly and enjoyable stay. Cons: Not one thing ❌.

The place is near metro. Nice to have a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe available. Helpful staff and prime location is a plus.

During my recent trip to Dubai, I had a transit stay at Cloud9 Hostel. The location of this accommodation was a huge advantage for me as it was conveniently located near the nearest airport, only 5 kilometers away. This made it incredibly convenient for me to catch my connecting flight without any hassle. Cloud9 Hostel was just a short 5-minute walk from Baniyas Square, allowing me to easily explore the surrounding area during my limited time.

Despite the convenience of its location, I was disappointed to find that the hostel did not live up to the advertised spacious rooms with a city and water view.

Well-equipped kitchen with all necessary amenities. Surrounded by a variety of restaurants and budget-friendly shopping options. Ideal for tourists with nearby attractions like Dhow cruise ride station and proximity to the airport for hassle-free travel.

Spacious Rooms: The rooms at Cloud9 Hostel were surprisingly spacious, offering ample space to move around comfortably. It felt like having a roomy oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of Dubai.

Kitchen Hygiene: The only minor issue we encountered at the hostel was the presence of cockroaches in the kitchen. However, the staff promptly addressed this by providing alternative solutions, such as allowing us to keep our cookware in the room.

Loved the free WiFi, air conditioning, and the beautiful view of the lake. The garden and terrace were a nice touch too, felt like a five-star resort.

Just what I needed, a place without any sign or clear instructions. Added a thrill to my adventure of trying to find my room in the dark.

The double room with a shared bathroom equipped with a shower and slippers was perfect for me. It felt cozy and comfortable, just like being at home near the beach.

Although I loved the room, I wish it had an electric kettle. But hey, that's just my personal preference, others might not mind at all.

clean & safe with cameras in corridors. great location right in front of baniyas square metro station. close to shops & sea. easy to catch metro for beach or shopping. very friendly owner & nice apartment mates. good value for money.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this budget-friendly hostel located just steps away from the metro station. The convenient location made it easy for us to explore the city and visit popular attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful environment for us and our kids. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist us. The hostel also had a spacious kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances, making it convenient for us to prepare meals for our family. Additionally, the nearby restaurants and supermarkets made dining options aplenty.

We did find that some of the shared facilities, such as the kitchen, could occasionally be disorganized due to other guests.
